Solatio Prosecco Frizzante is made of 100% Glera grapes. Directly after harvest and after the first fermentation, the grapes are fermented for a second time in a closed tank, the so-called Charmat method. During this second fermentation the carbohydrate is formed in the wine, resulting in a fine mousse after bottling. With this method, the delicate and floral aromas are maintained in the wine. This Prosecco is full of smooth and fruity flavors. Enjoy a glass of this sparkling wine well chilled as an aperitif, or paired with light fish meals, shrimps, pasta with white sauces, salads or poultry. Thanks to the screwcap, the bottle can be easily stored after opening, and enjoyed within 2 days.

The Pinot Grigio grapes grow in the doc area around Venice, on a clayey soil of medium fertility. After the harvest, the grapes are selected in the cellars and gently pressed at controlled temperature. The color of Solatio Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is light yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fruity, delicate and nicely complex. The fruitiness returns on the palate, which is light and well structured. Solatio Chardonnay is made from Italian grown grapes. After the harvest and selection in the cellars, the vinification is carried out with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The color of the wine is light straw yellow. Its bouquet is deep, reminiscent of yellow flowers and ripe fruits, and lightly spicy. The harmonic, strong, and sapid taste makes it a great companion for white meats, fish, risotto and cheeses.

The Pinot Grigio grapes grow in the doc area around Venice, on a soil of medium fertility. After the harvest, the grapes are selected in the cellars, undergo maceration on the skins and are gently pressed at controlled temperature. The color of Solatio Merlot is bright red with violaceous reflections. The bouquet is vinous with the smell of fresh grass. Its taste is lively, sapid and mildly tannic. Great when served with meat, game, but probably at its best during a BBQ.
